Neutral heels are an absolute staple in any girl's wardrobe, and I already have a pair, but open toed heels are better for summer time than the usual close toed neutrals. These will go great with a crisp white tea length dress!

You got such great bargains at Sal Val. Love the heels!! Unfortunately at the Sal Val in my city, you can't really find that many great pieces. Most look very out of date and extremely worn out. I will have to just keep looking. :)
