Best Liquid Bronzers
I love using a good warm highlighter as a shimmery bronzer in the summer. It matches better with the rest of the bronzer on my face, rather than going with my usual super light/white highlighter which stands out a bit too much.
Teeez Cosmetics has a beautiful whipped Style Addict Highlighter in Smooth Copper that is the perfect bronzy shade in the most delectable texture. It feels and looks so luxurious! NYX Cosmetics' Away We Glow Liquid Highlighter in Gold Rush is also a great choice; it reflects the light nicely and is easy to apply. I use the applicator to dab dots along the tops of the cheekbones, and then use my fingers to blend up to my temples for a touch of glam bronzy shimmer.
By the way...the Teeez Cosmetics highlighter can also be used as a hydrating face primer if your skintone matches! It'll give you a gorgeous radiant base.

Best All-In-One Bronzers
One of the latest trends, "chroming" is essentially using a golden shimmery highlighter all over the face, including eyes, cheekbones and lips, to accentuate features. I figured hey - why not apply that to bronzing too for summer? Having a 3-in-one product sure simplifies your beauty routine! I love this Emani Hybrid Cream Colour in Co-Dependent and Mineral Fusion 3-in-1 Colour Stick in Magnetic for this. Both of these products can be used safely on your eyes, cheeks and lips! Both have a nice sheer buildable colour that have a glam bronzed shimmer. I particularly like how both look when applied sparingly to the lips, adding just a touch of bronze-gold.
The Mineral Fusion Colour Stick has a darker, redder undertone to it, and is definitely better for darker skintones - the Emani Cream Colour is definitely the right choice for lighter skintones!

Best Powder Bronzers
Of course, the classic bronzer comes in powder form. Here though, I have two slight variations on the usual powder bronzer. The first is Emani's Perfecting Bronzer in Copacabana. It comes in a duo shade compact, with a light sun-kissed shimmery powder, and a deeper bronzer powder. I like to sweep my bronzer brush over both shades at the same time, and apply along my cheekbones, depositing the shimmery colour along the top, and the deeper colour underneath the cheekbones. PS. This bronzer is also 100% vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free!
The other favourite of mine is Cargo Cosmetics' BeachBlush in Coral Beach. Yes, that's right, this one is technically a blush not a bronzer. But, I find this shade of blush has the most gorgeous, warm bronzy tones to it. When applied, it gives my cheeks this beautiful colour reminiscent of a day at the beach: that warm glow you get after being in the sun just a little too long. The one I have here is just a mini version of their BeachBlush - you can buy full sized one though, which is just a little bit smaller than the size of the Emani Bronzer.
Happy Bronzing! xo
